Blank Street Gift Card (the “Gift Card”) Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions apply to your Gift Card and govern the relationship between Blank Street UK Limited ("Blank Street", "we" or "us") and you. Use of your Gift Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1) THE GIFT CARD - The Gift Card is an electronic money product. When you credit value to your Gift Card you will be purchasing electronic money from Blank Street UK Limited, whose registered address is 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH. “Blank Street”. The monetary value credited to your Gift Card is a pre-payment for goods and services at all Blank Street UK stores.
2) ACTIVATING AND TOPPING UP YOUR GIFT CARD - When purchasing your Gift Card at a Blank Street store, you can request it to be loaded with any value between £5 and £750. Your Gift Card will be activated as soon as it is loaded with a minimum of £5.
3) USING YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE You can use your Gift Card to fully or partially fund the purchase of any Blank Street products at all Blank Street stores. The Gift Card can be used for any number of purchases until its balance is completely exhausted or it has expired. 4) EXPIRY OF YOUR GIFT CARD Your Gift Card has no expiry date.
5) LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE You should treat your Gift Card like cash in a wallet. If you lose your Gift Card or if it is stolen, you may lose any value which is stored on it in the same way as if you lost your wallet.
6) LIABILITY OF BLANK STREET Neither Blank Street nor any member of its corporate group shall be held liable for any default resulting directly or indirectly from any cause beyond our control.
7) ENTIRE AGREEMENT This agreement (as amended from time to time) constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blank Street and supersedes all prior proposals and all other agreements in respect of the subject matter of this agreement. If any provision of this agreement is illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be deleted from this agreement, and the remaining terms will not be affected. Headings are for convenience of reference only and will in no way affect interpretation of this agreement.
8) GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
